At Éclis, all our items are thoughtfully designed and meticulously produced in Indonesia. Deliveries within Indonesia tend to be faster than international deliveries, depending on the destination. Currently, we rely on FedEx express and Pos Indonesia (which utilizes DHL) for all shipments. Please note that terms and conditions apply for the delivery of certain items.

Important Notes:
• All orders are dispatched from our Bali warehouse.
• We strive to prepare your order within 48 hours after purchase.
• If your order includes a pre-order item and a custom-made item, the entire order will be shipped once the customized item is ready (please check the production timeframe in the product description).
• Deliveries are handled during working hours from Monday to Friday.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
• We cannot deliver to the following locations due to postal restrictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, Syria, and North Korea.
• To ensure successful delivery, all parcels must be signed for. If no one is available to sign, the package will be taken to the nearest FedEx facility for rescheduling.
• Please avoid using PO box addresses.
• Remember to include level or unit numbers where applicable.
• Éclis is not responsible for parcels lost in transit or failed delivery attempts.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• Import duties and taxes will apply. These charges will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
International Taxes & Duties:
• For international purchases, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be applicable. These are not included in the product price or overall shipping cost.
• Éclis is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
• According to customs regulations, Éclis cannot declare purchased items as gifts or undervalue the products.
• Taxes are more likely to be applied to orders shipped via express shipping.
• Éclis is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping company.
• Éclis is required to declare the full value of items in Indonesian Rupiah on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs purposes.
• Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for items refused due to tax and customs duties regulations in the destination country.
